I know nothing of these sails but the cambered sails I do own require partial downhaul, probably 3-4cm less than spec, plus outhaul, to pop cambers on. Then full downhaul.
+1. On my sails, around 10-12cm from full downhaul is the ticket and about 2-4cm short of full outhaul. Some outhaul keeps the battens from being too curved and forcing themselves off the mast. OTOH, full outhaul tightens the luff sleeve too much and doesn't give enough room for the cam to be beside the mast before slipping on.
You'll figure out over time the magic amount of downhaul and outhaul for your sail. Some really strong sailors can pop them all on without downhaul but I'm not a really strong sailor.

First time I rigged my Severne, it took me a half hour and much cursing. It now takes about 5 min. fwiw, I do have some Gaastras but they are rec sails so not quite as much tension. They do like some outhaul as well or the cams will definitely pop off.
