I have sailed both, the GA with Fanatic Stingray and the Redwing with Alien. GA set up looks pretty good but I had my doubts with the mast being very narrow. When pushing the foil a bit harder upwind and going downwind with higher speeds I could feel the mast twist and could hear the water cavitating. I am pretty heavy guy, 100kg, maybe for lighter riders less of a problem. The Redwing no such problem, very stable and fast foil, does not feel like any other 1400 foil. Build quality is excellent, a step up from the GA foil. GA is a good foil when starting out but if you are already a good foiler you are better of with the Redwing. But be sure to use it on the right board. Tried it with Starboard freeride 150 and the balance was gone.

Thanks for the feedback svenk I'm 80 KG and my foil board is a Tabou air ride 74 (74 wide) very similar dimensions to the Fanatic stingray so mabe redwing will work on my board , another alternative I thought of is a GA mach 1 it could be another option with the stiffer carbon mast.
