If JP 135 cheaper I would go with that for sure. The 130 is a bit large for an carving board so unless you are 100kg I don't think it would be come your advanced board, the 130 will do way better if you want to use bigger sails and focus on speed.
Of course, most windfoilers succumb to winging peer pressure eventually so maybe that 130 makes sense
