lao shi said..More details needed. Weight, type of sailing, wind speed, board. I have a 1050 which is good for light wind (12 knts/ 5.3, 80kg, Ocean) but hard for me to gybe on a narrow tail 97L Tabou pocket air board. I prefer the 880.
1050 has better bottom end and light wind glide but the wide span shows up any errors in foot placement.

I ride strapless. Just cruising around, trying to ride waves and swells when conditions are right. Sometimes hard down to go hard upwind. Sometimes I just go back and forth. Mainly using Naish Lift sails currently. The older ones from 2019. I also have a Duotone 4.8 Super Session and a 5.8 F-Pace as well as Sailworks Flyers from 6.0 to 8.2.
Board is custom made Casey Treichler and Reef Warrior. 6'4"x 31" and 144L. The HPS or Art would not get used a lot at this point, and maybe never will. I was mainly considering one of them for the rare days when I can get on flat-ish water and go a bit faster. I tried the HPS1050 once, but it was a really variable wind. I rode it for a bit and went back to my BSC1060 because it seemed to work better that day.
