thanks mate,

dad gave me some tips about breaching and holding the foil steady before going out

Geez....my first day started 7-14 for 4 runs and jumped to gusts of 21..came in and ws'd on 95 liter board way powered.
2nd day started 10-17 and dropped to zero after one foiling run. Long swim back.
