Looking good!!

These cuts in the nose rail are to avoid the board "stick" on the water surface when you drop?

I want to see if any shaper already consider use a really big V in the nose like an old Exocet Turbo FW III board which have this big V to avoid catapults or nose dives in full downwind.

Chines are acknowledged to be the best for resisting the friction of water. Flat bevels and semi sharp corners.
But lessens surface area for vital early planing.
Hard to glass and prone to shatters.
For every plus, there are numerous minus's.
