20knots +, at 72 kg and 1150 wing, 3.7 up to 25 knots.
Beyond that is 4.5 windsurfing on 85 liter board.
Thanks LeeD,
sounds like you have a good plan.
Is that 3 sails and two boards?
For the last two seasons I have been doing slalom on a lake, very interesting but last week I was foiling all alone on the ocean and it occurred to me that I really like chop and waves. I am thinking this year of going to another local spot which is ocean with waves and then sometimes going back to the lake for some slalom.
I am 87kg.
I was thinking of packing the car with:
Naish 120 crossover 1650 and 1032, kode 95 (don't own one but something around that volume)
5.7 lift sail, 4.7 gator (after thedoor's comments) and a 4.0 gator --->>> I think I can rig the lot on a 370 with just one boom.
I think that could give me a good wind range to keep me on the water all day. That is provided that the spot is not light wind and a biggish big shore break. I don't normally have a problem with a shore break on fin boards but with a foiling mast, I am not very successful. ;(
