Advice-1 x 2mth old wetsuit:had the stitching fall apart on wetsuit, took back for repair with warranty, wetsuit came back with a tear in it,they told me it wasnt there fault, sent wetsuit back for repair.
Should this be replaced or should i just accept it,they did give me a spare wetty for now?

Stitching is a big deal. That's what keeps the cold out. I'd not be happy and letting them know it.

What brand are we talking?

It's gonna be like any other insurance company. They will deem what is the easiest/ cost effective way out of your warranty. Replace is most likely the case unless it is unrepairable. Mine have all been repaired in the past month although they have taken a beating when you are out almost every morning every week so I don't complain

Great reply to a funny comment.

How old was the wettie (sorry that may be up top) and lets us know for sure. With in 6 months I'd guess id be really pissed. After that I'd compare how'd used and cared for it but they should last at least 12 months IMHO

Just doubled checked 1 to 2 months i'd be demanding my money back/replacemnet. Honestly with the new Consumer Protection Bill that changed in Jan this year i think they would have no choice other than to replace unless it was written into the warranty that they may repear it if faulty.
