Have a look at the FireWire site, all of their boards have dimensions and volumes listed

Looks like about 30litres

How long is a piece of string? the volume of your board depends on template, foil and profile as well as the dimensions you've included. A photo would help otherwise grab a tape measure, straight edge and a square and template the thing, reproduce the shape in something like boardcad (www.boardcad.com) and you can have the actual volume.

I have a board that is 5'11, 19 1/4, 2 3/8 is 29L so should be close
