Ive been swimming laps lately. One breast stroke nice and easy all about technique then freestyle at about 70% then one flat out repeat this 15 times. 45 laps in total. It seems to help. the breast stroke lap is like paddeling around the line up the 70% when you see a wave and the 100% lap when you catch the wave. Really gets you breathing.
