I dunno if I know my stuff but I'd strongly suggest that you rest up instead of exercise. You've already gone out once when your chest wasn't quite ready and the healing process is probably gonna take longer cos of it. Injuries need rest to heal.
Cos its chest related any pressure is really not going to be any good hey. The best you could do is something low intensity and maintain a healthy diet. Go for a walk or some light cycling? Then once its ok, you'd start doing exercises to strengthen that area again.
But the best advice I can give is to not only see your physio but your doctor too. Those guys will know what to do.
