Hey all,
I ride a 6'4 flexfire 32L in good surf, a 6' dominator 34L in waist to 4 ft. I just bought a 5'8" lazy toy 34L as a groveller.
Have I just bought a board for no reason or will a lazy boy the same volume as my dominator actually work in waist and below surf?
Should I have bought a bigger lazy boy 6' 40L as a true groveller?

You have made a wise choice a new board.. Whether you need it or not owning it will only improve your surfing and stoke ....

I reckon the 5'8 is right on the money. With the exception of a mini Simmons all of my boards are all pretty close to the same volume, from a 6'0 groveller up to 6'9 semi gun.

Cheers guys, took it out in gutless crap this morning, caught a few my dominator would not have let me into.
Extremely fast board considering wave quality, can't wait to try it in something a little better, looking at the charts I will have to wait though. =/
