Okay todays rant..I had a 410 airfare booked with a major Australian airline ( think rainman) upon arriving early to the airport and having paid for a fully flexi fare as a corporote traveller albeit economy class. I attempted to check in on the 125 flight, I have done this many many times in the past.with less than 50 passangers on the plane ( which seats about 200) the reservations/ book in desk refused to change my ticket.I was told this is against policy and can not be done. As you can well understand I am now stuck for three hours at an airport in the nw and will be here till 410. I rang the complaints number and it was after the fact and not much can be done. I urge all of you who have been in similar situations to email customer complaints. I will for the next three hours rest assured.

I suggest you this time for reflection

Maybe think about rain

Pen some words of inspiration (as you did for old boards)

Get a few beers into you, create a scene and get kick off your 410 flight, spend a free night at Her Majesty's Hotel

No bar here, about to board. Time spent watching a bird collect sticks,I got right into it better than Tele.phone off now
