yep, definitely extend the waiting period by a day or 2. Pretty sure the pro's would prefer that, as would the viewers..

I watched last night and it was just crap.

Funny enough I actually quite enjoyed watching last night... Was interesting viewing watching the pros surfing waves that were unpredictable unlike the usual close to perfect waves were used to seeing them ride..really impressed me watching how they handled some pretty tricky situations...

yeah, I do agree with you there. And there were a few diamonds in the rough, but as a whole I don't really want to watch pro's surfing wind affected waves when they could be surfing 2xOH pumping barrels, with big air drops.

WSL has turned into a soap opera joke.

They are more focused on viewer numbers and revenue raising. Doctoring heat scores to create suspense and a final event with a potential of 6 different people winning the championship.
They build these massive 5 star luxury infrastructures on the beach so a unwilling to move the event.
Was amazing to see them move it yesterday when 3 days ago they ran at the main break in 1-2ft close outs, Bye Bye Mick, Bye Bye ADS, Bye Bye Owen because they are not as good in the air as these pathetic new aged small wave aerial specialists. Meanwhile around the corner its 6ft pumping barrels (Check Parko's Instagram shot and his little whack to the WSL).

Same happened on the Gold coast this year, while they were having lay days because snapper was 1-2ft, D-Bah was perfect 3-4ft barrels, but because D-Bah is in NSW and the QLD government tips money into the event they wouldnt move. So instead they run the final in 1-2ft bull**** and we see Toledo who weights no more than Damien Olliver spin punt his wave to victory.

Have pretty much lost me as a viewer. I wont watch unless its over 6ft, I'm over air reverses and brazzo claims for high scores.

Anyone found, or calculated, who needs to do what in order to win the crown at pipe?
