At the 3 minute mark i dont get were the Ski came from? I don't think the shot was cut so it could only have been underwater and popped up

He worked out pretty quickly that turning turtle on a jet ski is not a good way of going under a wave.

I thought the guy at the 2 minute mark was super optimistic paddling in to a pitching lip ... then heaps of other guys did the same later on. I guess it's what you have to do to catch monster waves.

Plenty of Ice-cream headaches there no doubt. Certainly would take a lot of guts to so out at some of those spots or maybe they are so cold they don't really appreciate what they are taking on.

I see what you mean about the right.

Easy roll in almost coming from around the back of the peak and then it just grows and goes square.

Ireland

Good find Sean. Looks like Tom is a real charger and likes an injury or two.

Hows the choppy water on the inside of that wave. Wonder how shallow

Great vid of a couple of winters worth of Big waves in Ireland.
Big move away from the jetskis for towin to paddle in a very few committed chargers including Fergal Smith , Tom Lowe and fly in Regulars like Rusty long,
Great to see from the cliffside..
This is a bit older but is a vid of a charging session in Ireland too

That false sense is only outweighed by the pitch black water and the bone numbing cold...I would rather wipe out in Fiji that dwon here...cold water big wave hold downs suck
