Not complaining. Far from it. But where is everyone, is too cold for you guys. No one is hardly ever out at Secrets for the last month, was even down at Yallingup last weekend and there was bugger all out all weekend. It's great for change to not fight for a wave.

Not to mention the metro beaches too hey. Its nice to have a wave all to yourself so you can practice going over the falls without others watching/ snaking around and stealing your wave

Was thinking everyone knew something I didnt yesterday with only me and a mate out at a metro reefy.

Waves were not great but worth a paddle IMO. Did feel a little freaky once it started getting dark cos I kept thinking why no one was out, all the while watching every suss looking shape as it was going dark on the horizon

Now that i've bought it up the weekend will be packed. LOL.

surfed today and didnt see another soul at all. Waves weren't brilliant but I've seen it packed out for far worse.

Then again..there was a shark out there today, so maybe that was why haha

Thats because every bugger was out at Secret Harbour! It was quiet Sat afternoon, with dome decent shape and really clean conditions. Word must have got out, because sunday morning there were black dots along the beach as far as one could see.

The place should be called 'Well Known Harbour'

Surfed an offshore reef today and went passed a well known break about 8am on the way out for a look and it was breaking with no one out, unbelievable! I don't usually surf there because I HATE crowds so I nearly hopped in, but decided to check out my spot first. Lucky I did, it was going off!

Anyway, where is everyone? I'm not complaining, I did surf that other spot on my own earlier in the week.

I recon its the cold. Lookin like garbage for the weekend, I will be workin anyway

It was pretty cold, the sun was trying to come out but the clouds were too thick.

It's school holidays, so everyone's visiting thommo and further afield.

Yeah it has been cold..
Was out on Wed and found myself out with only one other guy with virtually no light. Once we decided each other didn't want to be the last one out it was race to the beach..

Putting on a wetsuit standing in the rain was not fun..But that's another thread.
