Bit of a good news story from FCS.

Few weeks a go, went for a surf. Small beachies bit of fun.

All seemed good until I got home and pulled my board out of the cover and a side fin was missing

Funny thing is I didn't feel it drop out so it might have been at the end of the surf.

So contact FCS through FB and they direct me to the contacts page on the website, all good send off email

Email comes back, our pro surfers have never lost a fin etc etc

But then at the end of the email they say please send a picture of the fin plug and give details

So I submit details as requested then an email confirming that a new fin was being sent to me

So, 4 days later my new fin arrives

But its damaged

So another email to FCS with pictures of packing and damaged fin

Email back to me saying a new fin will be despatched tonight! Four days later new fin perfect

I don't remember hitting anything and the surf was small so I would think I would have felt it.

Anyway the response from FCS was fantastic, I'm a happy camper

Good news story . Its refreshing to hear about excellent customer service.

Pfft, would never happen with futures..
