Hey crew,

looking at telos islands surf charters in July but can't find a whole lot on wave size, quality and options. Some sites say it's a less crowded mentawais some say it's an old surfers paradise with smaller softer waves.
can anyone that has been to telos give me an idea on what it's like. We are all advanced surfers looking for solid quality waves (not expecting waves to the equivalent of HT's, lances right etc in the ments) but some over head high barrels would be nice,

Heaps of user friendly waves, waves for all levels of surfing, was up there last year

go to the Surfing Village. Im going back for the 3rd trip in August. Never been skunked and always surfed with out own crew. great waves, food and camp. Two boats. the place is unreal.

Depends what you want, quantity or quality. I got more barrels in one session at HT's than the whole 10 day charter in the Telos

Monkeys looks like a bit of a fat burger but probably fun for the older crew
