I'll be passing through Perth on my way to a surf destination that thankfully has little to no surf shops or available hardware outside the broken waterlogged nsp's with missing fins available for rent to mostly drunk and sunburnt Russians.

The biggest selection would have to be in Scarborough. Soul boardstore would be my recommendation, or the Surfboardroom for more generic materialism.
