I lost my board while surfing at Shipwrecks over in indo.
I dont have any police reports or the like.
Do you think i have any chance in making a succesful claim.

Here's the policy wording:

www.travelinsurancedirect.com.au/

The board was worth $600 odd.

Any ideas...

suck it up buttercup, you should have bought back from the locals when you had the chance.

generally your not covered if something happens to your gear while you are using it.

I can only comment "generally" because I find it hard enough to read through my own insurance policy wording. No way Im going to read through someone elses.

Its pretty hard to loose a board at Shippies. Let me guess, too hardcore for a leggie?

Dood, what the hell is with those shots on ur profile? Are you for real

Kearnsy, you obviously have'nt been to the greatest circus in ozz lately,Bondi. Mankini's are all the rage. One must allways wear ones mankini while taking the sun at Bondi, whether it's when walking ones ferret on a dog lead or out on the sand on your snow skis and stocks getting ready for the slopes !!

After reading my insurance its while the boards are in trasit only not while in use.
My big tip on this one is get new leggies and strings before going up there and this wont happen. Nice maths thommo

Best bet is to grab ur G-banger, get back over there and WIN that baby back.
