Nothin quite like sittin down with your local shaper and doing something different to the norm it's great when they even work here's some of stoneys and my ideas coming together its got me back on a short board after 5 years of only riding sup it's good to get back to the roots where it all started

8"0 x24 sup inspired prong
6"3" x21 3/4"
5"7 x 19 1/2 tomo van ripoff

The prong carbon rail stringer less quad plus nub 5.5 kg

The van stone so sik never ridden any thing like it the loosest drive st fastest

Stoney tells me he's perfected his quad fin placement his diamond tails complement this this is the 6"3" it measures 9" across the diamond the van is 13" some thing to be said about a bit of tail area when middle age is creeping up on you

loving the tomo rip off. I was gunna ask stoney to make me one, but then it would make my 6'0 diamond tail quad redundant! Cane we have more of a ride report on it??
How thick is it? PS Radman ur old Stony midlife crisis board goes good. It got me over the hump and stoked and motivated again. No more snake!
I'll paint her up and pass her on to a friend i think. Too much volume for me and i've just lost 4kg and still going so its making it too boat like!

Yo Bertie I've been the same started frothing lost some weight got me paddlingas back and now haven't ridden the 6"3" since I got the van stone stamped the van at 2 3/8 but I think it may be thicker the rails are fully box so it carries a lot of volume for a 5"7 it paddles amazing fully submerged with 82 kg on it my young blokes been surfing it straight away he was racing down the line at speed doing turns Going to lembongan in 4 weeks with the family I'm defiantly taking it could be so sik racing through lacerations
My fav sup I been on for the last couple of years has super wide swallow with ultra parallel rails Mutch like the van got to be the go for under head an half surf

Bit flat today so hot wired some styro 4"11" x 17 3/4 bit thik at the mom at. 2 1/2 but should pull down with concave idea is to kite it as the 5"7" is way to big and the groms will be Able to use it Vacuums bag some balsa and carbon drop a stringer into dek should weigh in under 2 kg and still be up to some unsrapped abuse

Ohh yeah just ordered me a new 6'3 diamond tail quad!! gotta be prepared for gnaraloo surf trip in september!

radman, mark was saying you ride a super flat rocker and thats why ur old snake board rides large. I'm just wondering if I should chop the tail off at the winder and turn it into a mini simmons!

Loving the flatter rocker lines through full concaves tends to flatten rocker more but still maintain enough curve to carve the. Snake would go ok chopped my mate cut the pointy bits off his fish and it e went better as old as surf board design is its amazing that ther is always some thing different you can do keeps you frothing
