Nice find...

My first board was a 7'0" single fin found on curb-side rubbish collection that was not in much better condition than the worse of those.

I spent ages reglassing it (I was 14yo) with that rough 'boat' fibreglass...by the time that I had finished it was that heavy that I could barely carry it back to the car after a surf...

I was stunned when I saw the spoon, had a small marking on it. I think it was a local made board.
The twinny was surfable still, I wanted to take it
