Secret Sumatra is based in Krui and yeah, there are a heap of accommodation options. The most consistent wave in the area is "Ombak Bocur", the left that everyone knows about. This wave is 30 minutes south of Krui in the village of Tanjung Setia. It is a good wave, not heavy and works in just about all tides, etc. Other waves north and south. Some heavy and some easy reef and a couple of beach breaks if that suits. Plenty of other people surfing the area and it can get crowded, so no secrets any more. Information is not very hard to get. Aussie Nev runs a good losmen called "Ombak Indah" and is one of the better places to stay. Have fun!!

Not really a secret if its advertised on the web and in surfing mags throughout the world!

Have looked at Krui before and havent gotten around to it, hopefully this year - a secret, ffs - hardly!
