I think you guys might enjoy this. A fairly classic day on the North Devon Coast, UK

Last wednesday stopped in at the spot for a watch on our way south and a 666er on a Starboard was getting hammered. He was getting washed down the beach and trying to get out through the shore break and getting nowhere fast. After about 20 minutes he gave up and was sitting on the beach when we left

I've only used mine in about 1 foot of wave and it is bloody tiring

So browsing web forums and checking out YouTube links is an otherwise productive use of your time?

I didn't think so. Lose the attitude mate, or maybe go outside and get some fresh air.

I usually read forums because I find the mostly interesting. but watching someone get caught inside, just don't really find that worth watching.

but is technique was good
