Anyone know where I can get one?

I've looked just about everywhere.

If you can suggest a better tool to trim the V of a swallowtail, please let me know.

Nope.
Nor Mitre 10, Masters, Carbatec, Home Hardware, Specialised Wholesale, Shapers Store, Blackwoods, or any of the local surfboard materials suppliers.

Go to a good old fashioned hardware store and get them to order one in.

I use either a round large diameter file/rasp (generic and see them at Bunnings every other week) or if it's really ugly or if I'm feeling particularly confident a dremmel tool on it's slowest setting (still too fast). Failing that get some disc adhesive, some sandpaper and some dowel should do the trick.

Mate, I have seen photo's of a shop fitter who did that and ended up cut into shreds, the thing only stopped flying around when it cut the power cord. That was enough for me as a young apprentice to decide to never take a shortcut. Be careful

OK. after a lot of searching, Stanley no longer import round surforms to Australia. Still available on the North American website.

Microplanes are a similar tool which is compatible with surform frames, and is available from Carbatec and Maxis tools.

Part # MP-30011.

Phew!

Im sure I saw them at bunnings last time I was there?!? From memory they had half moon ones as well. I would have thought bunnings would be the same all over Australia
