Where's the best place for board repair in Perth (north of the river)?

The back fin on my board snapped and has left a chunk of the fin in the FCS 1 fin box, the screw is stripped/seized so I can't get the chunk of plastic out. I'm guessing it will require a new fin box.

Cheers!

Can you jam a small flat blade screwdriver in the grub-screw to get it out? Might be worth buying a cheapy screw-driver that is a touch too big and carefully file it down until you can just push it in. Then with some careful force you should be able to slowly unscrew it.

If all else fails, consult YouTube for a video on how to remove a stuck grub-screw.

I'd be trying both first before paying to have the fin box replaced.

Good luck.

Ok thanks mate I'll have another shot and if I can't fix it I'll drop by.

I did try and drill it out so that might be making it a bit harder to get out.

Futures do an EZ Out tool just for the job.
Probably could get a cheap EZ-Out from Bunnings ??
