Hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice about a surf/windsurf trip to Mauritius I'm planning for August? we are planning to stay at la morne, I've had a look at the waves around but they seem to require a boat to access. not sure if I'll need to hire a car to access other spots aswell...
Also what are the crowds like?

You can paddle out to one eye which is in Le morne - left one side of channel right the other. Super shallow I would call them ok waves nice to surf if you're on a honeymoon but wouldn't travel there just to surf - heaps of kiters everywhere more of a kiters paradise than surfers
