Dear Everyone

I hope Santa brought you what you wanted and you had a good Christmas!

I spent a week with family and friends in what was the bushfire zone in Margaret River.

I'm still trying to sell the 55" Samsung Smart 3D HD TV I won at the Red Kite fundraiser on 27 Nov... to raise more funds! This time for the Bushfire victims and Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, who've looked after a couple of my kids very well in the last few months.

The TV shop has been kind enough to hold on to it for me until the new year. If are looking for a new TV which can do everything, please get in touch. I hope to get at least $2000 for it but may have to settle for less.

It's listed on Ebay now also (bids start at $2180, to cover fees) but I will pull it if you'd like it and no one's bid yet. The specs are at the Samsung website:
www.samsung.com/au/consumer/tv-audio-video/television/smart-tv/UA55D6600WMXXY/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&subsubtype=led&returnurl=

Thanks!

All the best for the New Year,
Shan.

maybe have a private raffle among friends, get 100-200 together, sell tickets for $10-$20 each, job done, let a ticket holder do the draw, keep it fair,
1/100 shot of winning is good odds, lol
You could do it at a new years party, should be plenty of takers,

Oh, merry new year,

Thanks for the suggestion, highnoon!

TV has been sold to a fellow Seabreezer for $2000 - thank you!!

All money donated (receipts below):
$1000 Margaret River Lions Club Bushfire Appeal
$800 Princess Margaret Foundation
$200 Clown Doctors

I know someone whose son has cancer and spent about 7 months in Princess Margaret Hospital - saw them walking the dog out at the park on Monday . They were grateful for the assistance that Red Kite provided.
