Greetings fellow humans, I have returned from the maldives after 2 weeks at Pasta point.
How were the waves is obviously the first question to be answered, waves ranged from all time to average, all in all an epic trip was had.
The quiver consisted of the 6 foot vanguard a 66 custom oceanline by chris mckenzie (epic perth shaper gotta give him a plug) and a 63 retro 1985 board from star which I picked up at one of their board clearances for 300 bucks. (bargain)

Pasta ranged from double overhead to waist to chest all days were surfable with some epic sessions at jails and sultans too.
There are no pics of jails and for that I apoogise, however one session of note was the day prior to asking my girl to marry me (she said yes)
It was big and stormy I was nervous all day pacing around. The surf guide grabbed me after watching the self torture i was going through and indicated the seriousness of the requirement of a session at jails, maybe he just wanted me to get good waves or my odd panicked behaviour for the day was becoming noticeable.
Anyway jails was surfed and some genuine 200-300 metre long waves were had many with double barrels and multiple throwng sections. Best surf of my life ever, came in got engaged job done......
Placeis epic as always epic crew and epic waves, by popping the question their it was sneaky as now the other half loves it there too mwahahaha return trips will be encouraged.

Anyway if youve read this far well done, some waves below. Man I could waffle on here but I already have, red thumb green thumb its all good enjoy if ya can.

Peace out

great pics, man.

was it your fiancee with the camera ?
my missus used to be a brave woman when we were dating, seating on the beach and patiently waiting for that perfect shot of me surfing/sailing.

these days i wouldn't dare to ask her. just wouldn't dare
