Having a look at going to Maldives (Kandooma) with the family for 10 - 14 days around end April next year.
Anyone got any feedback on breaks around and place itself would be appreciated.

Went there 5 or so years ago.

The right is fun. Don't think it picks up as much swell as North Male Atoll (Pasta, Lohi's, etc).

The other breaks weren't that great, but we were going there when Kandooma was too small.

Was a good family holday.

PS., if anyone has done the boat trip around Central Atolls, let us know, as going there next year.

JJD. Couple of years ago I went to the Maldives with Liquid Destinations and headed down to the Southern Atolls. It cost more than the others but well worth it as on the fourteen day trip I reckon we only saw one other boat twice. The rest we never had to share our waves with anyone. They seem to have the place wired and know where to go to get a wave when conditions are less than ideal. Cannot wait to get back. Have very fond memories
