Anyone ridden this board? I had a quick go on mates 7'er, bit longboardie but heaps stiffer than std sorfboards, feel way nicer and rails thinner and more refined. Thinking a 6' or 6'6 Beastie be a fun board for average beachies or small reef. just dont know whether to go the 6 or 6'6, one is 37l, other is 42. both heaps of volume but wondering if the larger have a bit more glide?

So, anyone got any feedback from experience?
Other model i thought about was the little marley but they are so short, less glide for those small gutless perf days. maybe be ok with quad.
thanks

Assuming you're using it for a standard perth summer board I reckon checkout the Little Marley 5'10. I rode one recently on the sunny coast with a Quad setup for a few surfs - heaps of volume 43l I think - lighter, stiffer and as close to a fibreglass that a foamie will get i reckon - compared to catch surf skipper and GSI flounder etc

My uncle who is pushing 60years and 90kg usually surfs a mal got a few as well - the size was far less of a concern he reckoned because of how buoyant it is. I don't know if that helps

Also - FCS 2 - 5 fin boxes compared to 3 for the Beastie
