How good was today?!

Yep, a rhetorical question. Lots of crew probably got all time metro rides. A few disappointments too. The travel froth is fermenting... I can feel the pull... Green rooms here we come!??

It was half decent early and snared a few gems, the crowd was hungry super hungry.

I think I went waaay to early as I seen it later in the day at like 1030-11 and it looked a bit better and waaay less crew

but yes I scored a proper tube and a few nice runners

Fooooly sick brahhh....only thing I didn't do was the all day imperial wettie walker Surfed early, feeded on food n **** n stuff and dranked stuff..watched waves...surfed again...drove home via Lycra Hway and didn't even notice the usual distractions but just waves waves and more waves
MAGIC DAY wash off, rinse, 10 beers with a great dinner...maybe try the old tap On the shoulder ..."are you awake!!!" Trick.....oh well can't winem all.....and repeat tomorrow Hopefully

It was fun, yet frustrating with way too much of the party wave gatecrashing.

Not what I meant. The kooks and the blatant roastings in just about every shot.

So on Sunday I remembered that inside cables has a rocky inside section. The catalyst for me remembering was being slammed on my back against the rocks after trying to backdoor a closeout... The board is OK. I cushioned it's fall.

There were some gems this morning but the crews froth factor (leading to blatant drop in's), back wash and wobble on the face prevented it being epic.

So the gates are effectively open and yet the number of frothers remains unchanged? Bloody hell!

The desperation of Perth surfers is apparent when you consider how many were in the water during the storm. But the powers that be wouldn't have noticed.

Did a coast drive this morning, heaps of water and sand moving around and swell has built since then... Should be banks all over the shop after this ??

city beach / floreat stretch is mental right now. solid double head close outs, and oh so much movement...

Edit: i just heard someone is missing off that stretch. hope it's a mistake and they're safe at home, and not that tried to go for a paddle and got in trouble
