Just bought some. Actually blood good. I am not usually someone into weights but these are easy to use. Better than dumbbells. Main aim is to help with paddle fitness.

i used to do resistance tubes workout for about 2 years, didn't notice any improvement. then i just started general fitness things , you know, like lifting barbell, punching heavy bag, bike riding, 1K swimming once a week and that helps a lot. i reckon i will buy a kettlebell too.
hi bento, what weight did you get ? i am 80 kg nearly 50 y o. i think getting 12 kg kettelebell for a start or should i go for more?
