I'm fixing up a ding in the hypto and the resin I placed in has destroyed the foam and made a bigger hole. Any suggestions much appreciated

Wrong resin, you need epoxy resin for them mate. If small get a big tube of Duorez off Ebay for about $25, also good for PU boards

I also find the durorez hardens harder...the epoxy solarez tries to maintain too much flex imo & never seems to stay on no matter how much I prepare the re[air with course sandpaper to help aid the farking thing to stick long term.

Clean it out & place a foam insert you have shaped to fit the hole to the best of your ability so your not using a ton of resin...otherwise if its a bigger ding, just take it to somewhere like Katana & get it fixed professionally. You bought a premium board, so why not get a premium repair.

Cheers Mick. Can you buy it from Bunnings? I like to fix things myself

Hey Beast, sorry to hear of your mess, but it does my heart good to hear that I'm not the only one with questionable fixing skills. Good luck. btw I love my hypto...
