I definitely get it. I mean sure, these videos tend to be a bit wanky and are filmed and cut together to be like that, but I can't really fault anything she said or did in the video. Having a moment like that in the water with a white shark were you can swim alongside it and not feel that fear that is so ingrained into us...that would be a highlight of one's life I would imagine. I've been in the water with white sharks before but have not be able to get over that almost uncontrollable desire to get the **** out of there, despite how I feel about them. With time and experience of reading their body language I'd like to think I can freedive with them without being scared one of these days. It's the same as people who are comfortable around wild lions I guess. Take Steve Irwin for example; he was never once bitten by a venomous snake because he knew how to be around them. He knew what they were doing and what their posturing was communicating.
I reckon good on her. She seems to be living an ideal lifestyle.
