Has anyone had any luck with finding a cheap fun board / groveller, I wouldn't mind getting one but want a new performance board also so don't want to shell out big bucks. I saw one of those AQSS fish for like $400 was wondering if they are worth having

There are exceptions to the rule, you included. I've met some good people from here. You, zuke, katana.

I've seen others but not approached them, like mocha (nothing against you mocha, just knew who you were based on your posts). I even saw the elusive suba once. Although a lot of what he said seemed outright bull****. Like, I know well all the people who surf my local but I only saw him once despite his stories of boardies all winter long.
