Has anyone used or tried out one of those heated kidney belts? My back is screwed after an operation and wondering if these mite help??

Ive used heat beads in a sack before.i think they work in conjuction with stretching and the whole program.

I've been using one of the gel packs that you can use cold or hot for my shoulder. The bead sacks work well too from past experiance.
