New Years Eve at my local was big, a fair bit of onshore but it was rather large, and I am not that far South of Perth.
As for New Years day, the local was not what I was praying for, but, a little drive 10 mins. down the road and it was over head sets. A few crew who couldn't ride waves and kooked it on the take off then left clean walls for about 75 to 100 meters to the beach. Sit on the shoulder and the ride was all mine.
I must thank myself, no hang over and keen for waves.
