Buy and stand up and paddle around, there all the rage dont' you know

Or is it they cause all the rage

Friend of mine got one of the kneel/lie on paddle boards they use for the Molokai Race in Hawaii. Pretty cool bit of kit.

Over head high surf and barrels/no wind = surf

Over head high surf and fat/no wind = SUP

Head high or below surf, barrels or fat/no wind = SUP

Surf/wind = wavesail

No surf/wind = foetal possition

No surf/no wind = SUP
