Fins for Firewire Alternator

Hi there,

Ive snapped a thruster fin on an old 6'4" firewire alternator (with the plug hole vent). Im 85kg rider.

Has anyone ridden these boards, and if so what fins worked well with the board ?

Id also ask on the firewire forums but all the posts related to the alternator are gone and i cant find any way to post there!

haha! I have an old alternator 6'2 I save for head high indo walls, such a good board. I use clay marzo signature fins. heaps of drive and they look the business.

Thanks for advice however as luck would have it my board has fcs plugs!

Had a 6'6" and ran fcs 7 such a good board

Depends what sort of waves your riding.
I know it's FCS but the futures website has a good explanation on what fins you should be using for what waves your riding
In general larger fins for small waves, mediums for larger waves.
