My board and fins struck a rock shelf the tide dropped quicker than expected.
Fin boxs are peanut shaped FCS.
Damage sort of minor... The grub screws have cracked through the plugs threaded hole, only back grub screws on either side.
Cost to remove and replace is expensive, detailed repair which will require technic.
Alternative... Because the FCS plugs are still embedded without fracture. Considering super glueing fibre glass fins into the plugs. Tighten the screws and allow it to set. Realise that stops fin interchange but don't anyway.
Question anyone done a similar repair .... With or without success ????
Thanks mike d.

I did the same...you can just sand back the top layer of glass take out the plug and reinstall as per a new one...heaps of videos on the net....not teh hardest job and you get a better result in the end...

Can you drill and Tap the opposite side of the plugs and put the grub screws in?
