now I would need to go into the beach and have a lay down and recovery.

Sometimes getting out or getting back out can feel relentless

Thats an oldie but a goodie!!

I have always loved this one.....the commentary is classic

LOL whenever I wake up in the morning and think about skipping a training run/swim/ride I remeber those exact two videos...always provides ample motivation at 4 in the morning....
