Anybody got any tips they would like to share on duck diving boards with a little more volume?

Put more pressure on one rail when pushing down.

Use one leg in the water to propel you down.

Other foot on the tail.

Its probably not the advice you want but if your like me you just need to get fitter, paddle fitness and smaller board

I've surfed the last few times on smaller boards and man duck diving is a pleasure..After surfing boats

Also try to keep up forward momentum before ducking..

do a youtube search. I found a really good vid a few years ago and it really helped me out.
The big trick is kicking the leg high into the air, as vertical as you can if you wanna go deep while the other foot is on the tail.
this way u get less complression dings in the boards deck too.

Start your dive earlier. I use to try time it just as the broke or something but found myself recieving a pounding sometimes. If you start your dive earlier, you are already deep when the wave breaks as oppose to the wave breaking and you in a mid dive.
