Got a killer 6'3, Stacey, but i creased it again over the long weekend..[}:)] Can it be fixed again or am i fighting a losing battle? Its the best board ive owned and its going to be hard to part with. Any thoughts or advice of who might be able to help in Perth would be appreciated. Cheers. I gotta stop breaking stuff .

yeah solve that problem...start some different ones!!....sounds like you need heavier glassing bingles.....sometimes when you fix a stress like that, the weakest part of the board is either side of the repair and you could be "fighting a losing battle", comes to how much money do you want to throw at it before you go get another one.

If it's a magic one get it fixed. Then make sure you contact Lee and quote the serial number or other identifiers so that he can pull up the Aku file and make it again for you.

I had a board shaped by a local Gold Coast shaper Jason Hoko (RIP mate) that I rode at home and then took overseas. This board was absolutely the best board I have ever had. I rode it Australia, Phillipines, Indo, England, France and then back home again. It worked everywhere.

I creased it in the middle, snapped off the nose, creased the tail, ripped out the leggie plug snapped off 2 of the 3 fins and this board was still the best board I owned. At the end I had 3 or 4 replacement boards and it has so many cracks and holes that you could only ride it once every couple of months after it dried back out again by the end of the surf the magic was over again as it filled up with water.

This board is still under my house, it gave me so much joy I could never get rid of it.
