Was anyone surfing conto's last saturday 10/9/2011. Let me know as i was there with a mate and i took a lot of pics. Have some good ones of most the guys that were out that i can email.

ah man was it going off? Favourite place to surf when the banks line up. Mate has a shack in Boranup forrest, need to get down there again soon.

Love that place. Sleep near the beach, wake up, go for a surf...then after you're all surfed out you go for a spearfish for a feed.

Yeah we saw a shark fin there as we were paddling out about 8/9 months ago, quickly paddled back in. Spot up the road was pumping anyway.

My mate mentioned something about a dying whale on the weekend in Margs. Where was it washed up?

Yeah that's where my mate said he saw the sign. Wasn't sure if he meant it had washed up at Smiths or not.

Hmm...surfing at Margs a week after a fatal attack with a dead whale in the area. I'm pretty cool and collected when it comes to swimming with sharks, but I think in this case the waves would need to be real good for me to bother
