I've taken mine to a clothes alterations shop in the past. Try to get the cover as dry and salt free as possible first otherwise they'll knock you back for sure.

Try Joanne Martin in greenwood. JAM wetsuit products, I'm too lazy to do a google search but you can. Does great and reasonably priced wettie repairs and may do bags.

Gaffer tape

If its not the silver foil type, give it a good clean up with some metho or similar along the edge of rip then jam a length of kitesurfing kite repair tape along it. Can buy by the metre - or just good old gaffa tape
