I have an old mini-mal that I would like to re-purpose to a small wave fun board. Unfortunately I don't have the requisite equipment, skills or patience. I'm chasing names of some-one I can subbie the job to. Suggestions?

I don't know if will be economically viable, if it's just a cut the nose off a foot or two and glass maybe 150-200 bucks but if it's full strip down and sand n glass it's more work than a new stick and likely though offensive any quote may reflect that ( if it was a Michael Peterson single or the likes a proper resto is around 4-1000+ Depending how crazy you go
you could try (in no particular order)
soul at Scarborough, katana,ocean line

maybe just keep as is summer is 6-8weeks away

thanks Razz, (aka Mr Sports Bet ). It's certainly not a iconic board. I've used mainly in summer, but I'm just finding the length a bit much on the small pithcing waves common on perth locas. I will look into your suggestions..
Cheers

Its a big job to modify a board like that if you do it properly. you have to strip it back, reshape it and then reglass. A bodgy home job of just cutting and resealing some way may be adequate but I think if it's a minimal it would be easier to sell it and find something else in the style you desire. Minimals sell well this time of the year in the shop. Cheers, Ross
