Just brought a pair of the West 2mm Indo booties. Haven't owned a pair of booties in about 20+ years as I really don't like them but after getting caught out at Impossibles last year on a rapidly falling tide I've invested in a pair for this years trip.

Seem pretty comfy but haven't tried them in the water as yet. $49.95 rrp

The brand isn't as important as the size, try and get a pair that are 2 sizes smaller than your shoes, almost uncomfortable when trying on in shop. Other wise when they get wet they will move around on your feet.

I wear Rip Curl E Bomb reef booties. They are really good, I use them out at Toms everyday and over in Indo as well and they do the job well.

Agree with the sizing comment from Yep, i wear size 15 in normal shoes but the size 13 booties are just right.

Yeah the West ones I bought look like a kids size and are a real tight fit when dry so I figured would be spot one when in the drink...

I'd have to agree with the call about the ebombs
Very functional and no velcro straps that wear out after five minutes and come undone in big surf after a beating
The ebombs are light the and split toe doesnt make your feet feel hell tight
Also as mentioned go a size smaller
No i don't work for Ripcurl
I couldn't deal with some surf industry people
