Rightio people.
Whos been to Bali this season, and where did we score the best waves, low crowds etc?
Am heading over early august, 2 new sticks to go, just need a new board bag and we are sorted...

Was there in April, Gerger and Canggu was all I surfed, good waves, no crowds

I think we need a Bali topic that stays up like they do in kites and windsurfers ect, how many threads are on Bali in this forum

2 weeks for me, then no ausie winter for 1 month. Bring it on.....

Been 2 weeks back at work now since my trip. Feeling sad and depessed. Spent the first 2 days back at work just staring at my pics on the computer.

Hasn't been much over head high since the start of the month.

Was in Bali for 5 days, if you look in the right places you can surf uncrowded, Ulu the usual 50+++ guys.

Lombok has been slow, trying to evade the trade winds atm. Swell hits tommorow, should be interesting.

Will be there at the start of next month for a couple weeks

should I go east to lombok or west to g land? both will be new to me
where should I go?

What's making it even worse is that the days I'm away the surf at home is on. On the weekends it's been flat.

2 days @ 10 ft, 1 day @ 6 ft, 2 days @ 4 ft

Hollow money trees, speedies not really holding up due to swell angle, got perfect 20/20s barrels with 3 guys out
Kongs is the best wave I have ever ridden!
