anyone making the move out of Perth this long weekend?
Me and brood heading to Denmark to camp for 6 days. its my boy's first time camping out and he cannot wait. Also, will have a try at introducing him to fishing but he's only 2.5 so we shall see

Should be a few good beachies with some waves. have scored before and the water is beautiful and crystal clear.
Missus is preggas with no.2 so this will be our last hurrah before bubb comes along.
Have a wonderful Eastern wherever you may be.

east coast highway is a joke at easter.... and it normally belts down!! i can't remember a dry easter camping in years..blues fest at byron is always wet!!

i was...... but no one is coming down south this easter, so i should have main break all to myself.happy easter and wont be seeing you down south.

Yeah I can't remember a dry easter headed up the ECH withe the rest of the heathens though. School holidays are really stuffing it up though

Was down at Denmark area the weekend before last to avoid the Easter crush.Usually do Anzac long weekend,banks were looking very nice as usual out of Denmark ,hoping for North-west winds for everyone.Afew salmon around for the fisho's as well.Mind your speed as usual through the Williams area,they dislike weekend warriors from the City!

bali for 10 day with 4 days at nusa lembongan
iam going to keep a tab on the money i spend just to see how much more it costs
than 10 day in the south west

Was planning on a northern sojurn for Sunday, Monday nights but the wind is looking a bit suss up that way. May be looking Walpole/Denmark way myself too. Winds look good, might be a tad damp is all.

Would love to go away...just haven't planned anything.
Don't know where to go, that isn't riddled with 4WD bogans, old people and wine tourists who drive 50km/h on Caves Road

Its looking like it could be epic down there. I'm heading down to Walpole as we have a holiday house there. Mmmm the possibilities. shortboard, sup or windsurf and fish

Yeah would have been good, was going to try throwing some points at it to bring the price down but we we're a little too last min - oh well Big A, little M and maybe a bit of W for me all brought to you at $1.60/litre

I reckon the longer the stay is that your comparing Indo will be infront. eg 1 week down south will be cheaper than a week in Indo but 2 weeks in Indo will be cheaper than 2 weeks down south. You gotta cover the flights with the accomadation.

Have I just written something really confusing?? I think that makes sense

Just for that it's definaltely coming now

besides down there i always surf alone anyway.

There's a Diesel Forester Demo with 3k on the clock where we got the last forester (don't do enough offroad to justify a 4wd for a 1 car couple) fuels just going to get stupider.

Yea I recon they are the way over on the east coast, over here Im wanting a Hilux. I really need to get rid of my V8 its killing me, but heaps of fun

though by the sounds of projected swell report, you may get more use out of ya shortie

.

Whatever board you ride looks like there will be plenty swell around

I reckon it will be a great weekend. hope to get a few fish for the BBQ too.

Bali for 2 weeks, Seminyak, the new girl is paying for it so will only be allowed to play at the reef or a couple day trip down to Ulus/ Padang, better than sitting in Perth though

Haven't had one of them since I sold the Kombi with the front bench seat.
Mind you the 3 kids may have something to do with it's demise too.

so true

. I'm heading (pun intended) down that path myself with a 2.5 year old and another one on the way and I didn't even have the clear advantage of a Kombi with bench seats, opting for a family sized 4wd instead.
